From the 1st of January 2004, the revised Polish Labor Code requires the employer to protect working place and his employees from mobbing. To meet the statutory requirements, we organize trainings in the field of mobbing diagnosis and development of and mobbing prevention policy. The training is aimed at managers and HR specialists in companies and organizations. The purpose of the training is to deliver knowledge and tools in the field of effective mobbing prevention policy.
One of the most crucial issues, discussed during the training, is the personnel management in the context of mobbing prevention.
During the training, the conditions of mobbing and its consequences are discussed, as well as typical methods and behaviors with mobbing symptoms. The main differences between conflict and mobbing are presented and the methods how to react to occurring situations.
The training participants are acquainted with the basic principles of creating mobbing prevention programs and procedures.
The participants receive training materials in the form of a script, which contains the compendium of knowledge on mobbing and the creation of mobbing prevention strategies and programs.
This training is targeted at managers in either company or institution, who would like to be familiarized with the principles of creating mobbing prevention strategy in a short time, so the training duration is 3 hours.
The training is held in the form of a lecture including chosen “case studies” related to specific personnel situations regarding mobbing.
The course is held in a closed form. It is planned for organized groups of employees from specific companies or organizations.
The training is held in the group of max 20 people, which ensures a favorable atmosphere for effective knowledge acquisition.
In order to fulfill the needs of companies and institutions which wish for their employees to be trained in a short time, AkKom has designed a training held within 3 hours (one hour - 60 minutes).
The mobbing prevention training can take place in our company or in the Client’s headquarters.
If the client reports the need, it is possible to extend the time as well as the scope of the course. An extended training is 1-day long (8 hours) - 'Mobbing prevention in work environment'.
