Subject of the training
The training programs of our company are prepared for persons for whom professionalism, adaptability to the latest trends and understanding the necessity of the precise adaptability to the challenges of the modern market.
The profile of our training is modified according to the ever-changing conditions of the market. One of the fundamental principles of the AkKom Company is the individual approach to the Clients and therefore our didactic methodology is constantly refined.
We specialize in delivering training on different levels of advancement on the following subjects:

We also offer training on the subject of Human Resources Management and anti-mobbing training which includes strategy building and programs preventing mobbing inside the organization.

We deliver complete solutions in terms of software for construction, public administration and individual clients.
We consult the choice of the most useful software and modifying it to the company’s profile. We offer IT solutions which will not only enable us to limit the unnecessary costs, but also influence a better efficiency. We implement free software and operating systems.
Consulting services
AkKom offers two types of consulting services concerning the subjects of the delivered training.
The consulting upon invitation by the companies and institutions take place on their sites and they consist of providing solutions for problems that appear during their daily business.
Consulting is also offered to individuals on AkKom’s site during which the trainer remains on Client’s exclusive disposal on a one-to-one basis.
Types of training
AkKom training in terms of organizing the training, delivers three different training types: open, closed and dedicated. In terms of the nature of the training two forms are possible: workshops and lectures.
Computer courses on different proficiency levels are delivered as workshops including short lectures. The remaining trainings include a lecture providing knowledge on the given subjects connected to various workshop forms.
AkKom Computer Academy offers course curricula modified to the needs and specifics of the work of the Client, therefore the planning and scheduling of the training can be individually changed to meet the specific needs of the Client. Thanks to the mobile technical infrastructure (laptops) we can deliver training in every location within Poland on Client’s demand.
AkKom has own computer-equipped classroom with appropriate number of computer stations. Computers have the appropriate software installed for the training.
The sessions are held in small groups which ensures the skills are gained easier, the atmosphere is cozier and the individual approach is maintained to each and every Client.
Participated of the Computer Academy AkKom training receive a complex package of training materials as well as certificated confirming the participation in the training as well as the gained knowledge and skills.
Clients have the opportunity to fill in surveys upon the completion of the training to assess the received service.
