Tailor-made’ trainings are trainings specially prepared by AkKom company. To better adapt Your needs and individual requirements we introduced this special training form.

As a part of ‘tailor-made’ training we adopt to You in the following training aspects:

• We will perform the needs diagnosis and analysis with the help of specially prepared tests to help defining the actual level of advancement in software usage of training participants. This kind of approach allows to separate the students to proper groups basing on their already mastered skills.
• Through the contact with our specialist we will make an analysis of most needed skills, which will help to adjust the plan and scope of the training to the specification of Your work.
• We will introduce practical trainings customized to the individual profile of Your needs, so the topics necessary do improve effectiveness and shortening the time spent on performed tasks can be discussed.
• According to our idea of ‘tailor-made’ training, the lecturer will introduce in a flexible way the case studies to training, according to Your specific everyday tasks.
• We will perform an analysis of gained by the participants skills and knowledge with the help of specially prepared tests, we will also perform the evaluation of the training quality. Its results will be provided to You in a report.
• We will provide our students an after-training care in the form of free-of-charge consultations with our lecturer, up to 3 months after the training.
• We will customize the training term and place to Your preferences. In case the training will be held outside of Wrocław, it will be Your responsibility to provide the accommodation for the lecturer.
• If necessary, we can provide mobile training facilities in the form of laptops and beamer.
