We invite you for the new training on construction works cost estimation. The goal of the training is to gain knowledge in the field of costing the construction, plumbing, electrical and other works. The training is aimed at those who are just starting in the estimator profession and those who want to learn how to prepare cost estimates.
The training consists of two parts:
- Theoretical one, where the principles of costing and legal bases are discussed. Basic concepts related to cost estimates, their methods and types. Price, rate and surcharge calculations to cost estimation, creation of individual analyses. The CPV codes determining, technical specification drafting and software utilities.
- Practical classes, during which the participants will be introduced to costing program, where they can use already gained knowledge. The rules of costing creation and construction work bill of quantity are discussed. Inserting the transport cost and scaffolding work. The rules of making printouts, their export and import. Inserting CPV codes.
The training is delivered in the form of lectures and practical classes.
