The training is aimed to provide the participants with the compendium of knowledge on human resource management, useful in solving HR issues in the company effectively and practically. It prepares to deal with critical decision-making situations in the company efficiently.
The course is addressed to company and institution executives, HR specialists, personnel managers and company owners as well as to all those whose work involves team management.
The training makes it possible to acquire the skills in making the diagnosis of certain areas of personnel function as well as in the use of appropriate HRM instruments for personnel decisions. The participants will develop and expand the knowledge on modern human resource management and will gain proficiency in planning, execution and evaluation of the processes regarding the recruitment and selection of employees, the methods of motivation and assessment of employees and their development in the company.
The training is delivered in the form of lectures mingled with workshops. It is based on practical exercises, during which we use interactive training methods: panel discussions, case studies, simulation games, role play, competency tests and teamwork.
Additionally, each trainee receives training materials as well as a certificate, which confirms the participation in the course, issued under the entry in the Register of Training Institutions.

The lectures are conducted in larger groups, whereas the exercises are performed in groups of no more than 15 people.
The training takes 2 days (18 teaching hours).
The course can take the form of a closed or dedicated training, either in the Client’s headquarters or any other location.
