Consulting services for individuals have two forms:
- Individual course of training program
- Hourly consultations
Individual course of the training program and scope is based on the chosen course from the AkKom offer, in the system of one on one. The lecturer is at exclusive disposal to the student during the training he receives. The training is preceded with diagnosis of already obtained knowledge in the field of chosen topic. Diagnosis is based on filled by the participant survey, and its results are the basics to allocate the participant to the relevant course level.
There is an opportunity to adjust the training term to the individual needs of the student. The student receives training materials related to the training issues, and confirmation of participation on it, is a certificate issued by AkKom company. Individual course of training is realized only in the AkKom Computer Academy headquarters. Each person interested in such form of training can individually sign-up on the chosen training from the AkKom offer.
Hourly consultations are based on the help of AkKom specialist in solving specific, reported by the individual, problem. All aspects discussed during the consultations must be related to the topic scope of trainings offered by Computer Academy AkKom. To take hourly consultations, the problem have to be reported and presented to the AkKom specialists. It is the base to competent advice and estimation of hours needed for consultations. Terms and details of consultations are negotiated individually. Hourly consultations are delivered only in AkKom Computer Academy headquarters.
