The consulting and counseling services are a highly-specialized form of training the personnel of firms and institutions. These services are dedicated to individual employees and task teams (departments). The services comprise solving concrete problems which appear during work.
Every company or institution can order a specialist consulting independently of participating in training offered by AkKom Computer Academy. Nevertheless, the reported problems have to be within the scope of the training.
Specialist services of such kind can be performed in Client’s site or AkKom’s site. The service comprises exclusive use of the knowledge, skills and the time of the trainer (on one-to-one basis).
The procedures of the consulting and counseling services are as follows:
- The Client reports a problem
- Initial interview led by the AkKom specialists concerning the type of problems and their circumstances (problem situation diagnostics)
- Received data analysis
- Setting a term and calculating a number of hours of consulting
- Performing consultations
- Effectiveness assessment regarding the provided solutions to the reported problems
The consulting service is held in a trainer-employee relation. The AkKom specialist gives thorough answers concerning the problem. He/she presents the alternatives as solutions while pointing out the direction to every solution implementation provided.
The consulting and counseling services are estimated depending on the problematic issues, the level of advancement and the analysis of the initial data. The consulting and counseling services are valued by hour, the minimum charge per hour is 199, 00 gross.
If the client is in need for additional consulting, the trainer may accept additional consulting hours after earlier time and financial estimation.
