Apart from delivering training, AkKom training company offers two more forms of professional service:
Consulting and counseling are forms of acquiring additional knowledge as well as updating the existing one in relation to specific problems that the company encounters, especially for those which require a highly-specialized knowledge. The client may invite a specialist, booking his time for a specific mutually accepted period. Our specialist deals with the specific problems the client encounters. The specialist’s task is to provide complex and satisfactory solutions to the client’s company. For the maximum and effective use of his time, the specialist needs to become familiar with the specifics and the organization of work in the client’s site. This service is chargeable.
The after-training care comprises the period of up to three months after the completion of the training on a specific topic. All the participants of the training may use the after-training care. The scope of the care is limited to the content of the specific training. The after-training care consists of brief counseling or updating the knowledge acquired during the training. The counseling may point to the direction of solving or upgrading the method of fulfilling the tasks which are the part of the client’s profession. This service does not include a specific consultancy in the client’s site. This service is free of charge.
There is a possibility to invite a training expert to visit the institution which delegated the training team in order to provide solutions to the complex issues which could not be addressed during the after-training care service. In such cases, this will be treated as transformation of the after-training care into consulting service. It should be noted that the complexity of the issue and the level of difficulty to solve are to be assessed by AkKom expert who, in the same time, will provide the most efficient form of service.
Specific differences between these two forms are described in the table.
