It is a specific form of service dedicated to the participants of the training, aimed to provide brief counseling within the scope of the content of the training. The after-training care is an additional chance to consult our experts.
This service is dedicated exclusively to our clients.
Every trainee can be provided with counseling by the trainer within three months after the completion of the specific training.
This service brings an opportunity to contact our expert directly (the trainer who delivered the training) on AkKom’s site, after making an appointment. E-mailing and telephone contact is also possible.
The maximum time of contacting the expert regardless of the form of contact is up to two hours per week.
This service is free of charge and it is exclusively only for the AkKom’s training participants.
The after-training care is based on brief counseling dedicated to give tips, suggestions or set a direction of solving an issue which the client encounters. This service is also provided to help the participant of the training with implementing concrete solutions into the participant’s professional tasks. The trainer may also deliver instructions or work out a scheme of problem solution. It should be noted that the trainer’s role is only to point out a direction or to ensure the client in his way of thinking, but not literally solving the issue itself. The participant of the training is able to implement the suggested solutions independently as a result of the trainer’s instruction, suggestions or hints.
Every participant of the training has an opportunity to contact the trainer. While contacting the trainer there is a possibility to qualify the type of the problem under criteria such as the scope of time needed to solve it as well as the complexity of coming up with the solution. The level of complexity qualifies the problem for a specific form of solution. In case of a higher complexity and longer scope of time, there is an opportunity to use another form of service – consulting and counseling.
