The dedicated trainings are addressed to the clients (companies and institutions), which would like to train a larger, specific group of employees. Our company owns independent training infrastructure which enables us to modify time and place of the training flexibly according to the Client’s needs. Our equipment can be used without any additional costs.

The training can be delivered in four different venues:

• In the Client’s site
• In AkKom’s site
• In any place within the borders of Poland when requested by the Client
• In any place outside the borders of Poland when requested by the Client.

The minimum number of participants of the training, in order for the training to be delivered, is 6.

Dedicated trainings are made to the needs of a specific Client and their individual needs. The main idea of dedicated trainings is to provide the maximum of the content, schedule and methodology to the specifications of the Client’s field of interest. Training sessions are therefore held in different forms in accordance to the requirements and needs of the Client.

The syllabus as well as the training materials are completely prepared in accordance with the Client's expectations and formulated questions.

The realization of the dedicated training consists of the following stages:

• Identifying the profile of the company
• Diagnosis of the key problems in the Client’s company in relation to the topics of the training
• Selecting specific groups of employees with specific problems to solve
• Formulating the individual training syllabus
• Preparing the training materials including, among others, practical exercises dedicated to the tasks performed in everyday work within the company
• Setting up the schedule according to the Client’s preferences
• Delivering the training
• Consulting and counseling after the training has been delivered

Both the theoretical and practical part of the training is completely oriented to the Client’s expectations.

The participants who have completed the specific kind of training are given certificates issued by AkKom. The certificates confirm that the participant has completed the training as well as acquired the knowledge and skills on the thematic field of the training. A duplicate of the certificate for the personal files of the employees is also issued.

AkKom in order to adapt to the Client’s needs conducts the analysis of the level of current knowledge and/or skills of the prospective participants of the training. It is an initial procedure which is necessary for successful delivering the actual part of the training.

Additionally, AkKom offers after-training procedures including verifying the process of training delivery. The key element of the after-training procedure is the quality reports based on the evaluation survey filled out by the participants of the training. These reports are delivered free of charge to the Client as a part of the training service.

In order to provide the highest possible adaptability to the Client's needs and to orient towards solving specific problems in the Client’s company, the AkKom Computer Academy offers wide and professional care for three months after completing the training. The participants of the training may contact the AkKom specialist in order to gain free counseling which concerns their professional work regarding the field of the completed training. Contacting the trainers is possible vie e-mail or phone. Visiting AkKom to meet the trainer face to face is also possible after setting an appointment.
